I came inworld just after things X-Mas eve festivities wound down in RL, and caught Blaze just after she performed at Guerilla Burlesque.  So came back to Yeo while I was getting dressed to come to her. We stayed at home, dancing and playing around for a while taking some cool pix for Belle.

Post-X-Mas Revelry with Ender - We played around on the Winter Wonderland of Yeo for our post-holiday Bliss.  It had been quite a while since he had been inworld due to RL trips and his continued grounding by the boyfriend.  So it was a very nice X-Mas giftie to have him on this afternoon. 

I had to chaperone since Blaze was not around.  Kept him out of trouble, that was easy, we stayed on Yeo where there were no sexy gay boys running around, besides him, ;-)

New Year's Eve pre-party, goofing off on Yeo…

No this is not Ender...it is Blaze in her Blaze Boi Vamp avi.  I tried on this mesh dress to wear for the evening and it did not fit any of my shape mods, so I tried on this shape.  She told me I looked like fang bait, said she could not resist, my lusciousness turned her into someone else.

Aside from working, I really, really, needed to get out...  Shopping, advent calendars, random hits in my LM folder it was an ADHD adventure of the kind I like to have!

Landed at Stonewood Interiors for a POE5 giftie and fell in love….mmmhmmm... this place is like the  ski lodge that I love to visit.  So I warmed myself by the fire with the moose.

Eshio Otawara, this was a store, but it was so beautiful, I just laid around taking pictures for quite a while.

Then later that night, I got a good dose of Blaze!  That was also much needed.  She and I hit some hunts and organized our Advent calendar plans.

After a few glasses of wine, we drug out some couples poses and played around in the studio.

Swayland was one of the stops of the Advent calendar tour.  Blaze gave me the codes, but told me that I had to check out the sim and she was soooo right, as per usual.  I loved it here.

So beautiful and sweet!  I left the biggest tip I could and I hope that the creator makes it through all her surgeries ok.

The designer of this dress,    , came into the store and gave me one.  It is fantastic!!  I did not do it justice in any of the pix I took.  She was just so sweet and we chatted for a while. 

I was hanging out in the Rag Dollz office for a long long time, so I took a picture so it could last even longer. ;D  I have not written much about work, but it is what dominates my inworld time, going to work and dressing for work, and then going home to get ready for the next shift.  I have an idea for a special project with my work pix.

Belle and I wanted to hang on Yeo before the holidays tore us apart...so glad that we could!  She did a lovely job on the snow.  I did all the other parts, seems I am the one with all the best winter goods. :-)

Belle made a beautiful start on Yeo Heights with a Autumn Fairy Garden theme.  Yeah it is December, but where we are it is still fall.  She is such a good woman to me.  She actually had more goods for this theme than me despite the fact that I did more hunting in that realm.  So I had a lot of misc. to add to it, which was good

The centerpiece is from Epic Toy factory, she must have scored it before I figured out what hunting is.

A steamlands date with Belle!  YAY! I told her that the next time she was out of town and we could do the inworld date thing I wanted to go to the other sims where she rents rooms and take a proper stroll around.

So we started at Port Babbage Tavern and Inn….

Then we popped over to Steelhead and her room at El Casbah, because New Babbage was being particularly laggy.  I let her have her space and I do not go there, so it was definitely discovering a new place.

Loved the view from her room.  I know how much she loves the sea and how she would rather live there if we could find good work on the coast, so I completely grok the appeal of her rooms and Yeo.

We put on our Steam-Neko-fits and the couple walker and went for a walk around Steelhead.  A really fun night!

So tomorrow night is Blaze's Official Debut with Guerrilla Burlesque!  I said I was not too bummed about missing her perform all the time, but now that she did her act for us at the Studio on Yeo, I have to admit I will miss the excitement of the audience and knowing that that super sexy and talented woman is mine/ours.

Love Belle's eyebrows on this one, looks like the two of them are planning something, I am pretty sure it means only good things for me. ;-}

Landed on the sim boundary and it splinched me. :-0

Did some remodeling on the Mer Retreat.  This has become the weekend project that never gets to a place of completeness.  Oh well, one day it will be amazing or it will really suck and we will tear it apart.

Still just having the excuse to slap on some fins and swim about is really all of the goal anyway.

Fell out of the La Cabaret Amazon, really need to fix the hole in the floor.

Halloween & Alien Girls Are Easy

So I am starting training at Rag Dollz to be a host.  This will be fun!  I dug through my inventory for a Halloween outfit, since my FAVE holiday is coming up I do look forward to wearing lots of witchy-wear in the shop!

I went to A Touch Of Ireland for a group gift and picked up all the Halloween Hunt prizes.  I am most thrilled by the Edward Scissorhands outfit.  It was a bit challenging to play the piano with the gloves on though!  ;} Not too long after this visit I found out she closed her inworld store.  I will add to the chorus that sings the sadness of this trend.  At least hers was not for money reasons, it was for RL priorities.  At least she is still on MP, since her stuff is so cute, sexy and fun!

Where did the month go?  Most of it was consumed with training and Rag Dollz business.  I started a separate blog "Diary of a Shop Girl for playing around with all the lovely new clothes I have gotten since joining the staff.  The link is on the tab.  I just have some rambling shop thoughts and excuses to take pictures.  I am very proud of it as I am to be working at Rag Dollz!

Elephant Poses store with Blaze.  We got to spend a Saturday morning shopping together.  This store kept us hanging out or quite a while, it was simply a beautiful place to hang out!

Later that night I caught up with her again at Alien Island.  She was there for a Guerilla Burlesque show, and I came around too late to get in there.  She has a job in the troupe now!  Her dreams are coming true!  I knew she could do it and we are so proud of her!  I am just sad that I will most likely not get to see her perform.  I crash hard at shows that size and I gave up a while ago even trying.  Friday night is date night and has been for a long time.  We went through a little time block of being in SL at that time, but we recently got back into our grove of making it our primary relationship time. 

But it is Sat. night and we went to the conservatory on the sim before heading back home to play with our own sci-fi buildings.

My shift and adventure into Gotham City is on the new Diary…

But the rest of the night was spent on Calico.   I started with the Pumpkin Hunt on Calico Kitty sim, home of CIC (Calico Ingman Creations).  I am a new fan of sim-wide hunts!   All the hairs on the hunt were in special Halloween colors.  I am sure I will find ways of wearing them all year round though.   Pretty smart on her part because I just will want some of the hairs in non-Halloween colors at some point!

Fantastic Ferret running the shop in Tribute!  Sooooo CUTE!  Seeing the other ferret flitting about in the side yard led me to want one. ;) and I ended up at Happy Mood for a costume change and more photo opps.

Then I went home to garden a little and got distracted yet again.  I popped up to the much neglected Mer Paradise.  Costume change and moving some of plants around.

I feel like I had to cram a whole week of fun into one night.  Breaking out from all the inventory sorting and outfit building I have been doing for work.

Went home and got ready for work tomorrow.  Wanted to be ready to go when I log I tomorrow.  It is going to be a busy day with Halloween Treat prep.  Maybe after this week I can take care of some sim chores.

Goodbye Chateau...again!

It was time to say goodbye to my place, I did not really want to at first, but I have been having too much fun building on my own on Yeo.  I can see why the landed gentry have always had an attitude about the limitations of Linden Slums. 

I have to say this way hard to give up because of the waterfront property.  I really just could use my L$ helping Belle pay for the sim.

This will be the new Chateau and a Chateua proper it will be. I am taking a huge castle hunt prize from Twisted Hunt and removing as many prims as possible.  I am learning a lot about building.  I tis really pretty awesome.  I am going to put in three bedrooms and a living room with a garden and hot tub up top.  Blaze and I will be living here and Ender will share the house, since he will not be going in on the tier anymore.

D!va MM boards while sorting the Pink folder of Best skins, they were outta control!

I am wearing Beyond Wonderland from Rag Dollz and standing in my new room.  This is one of the few that looks halfway decent at this point!  I am getting closer to have the remodel complete, as all good construction projects, it always takes longer than one thinks to get done!

Guess who got the Angel Room?  Blaze of course, I certainly did not earn it and she is always having lofty goals to strive for.

Love this kitchen by Trompe L'Oiel that Blaze got at Collabor88!  Mesh furniture is wonderful!  I got a lovely new hair by D!VA there as well (will show it off later).

SLRDA Application.  I chatted for quite a while with the organizer of the Second Life Roller Derby Association.  I would really love to be on a steampunk themed team.  It is looking like I would have to be the one to organize it and at the moment I am thinking no problem.  But I am sure I will come to my senses soon.  I joined a bunch of the Steampunk groups that Belle told me about.  We will see….

Clean up on the Steam Hunt and misc. gathering. I ran around and got a bunch of group gifts and some of the clothes from the Steam7 Hunt with the help of Belle.  I am glad I got around to them this time.

 Knitting at Modish.  Love this couch and anim, except for the fact that it reminds me that I should get back into RL knitting.

Rag Dollz is hiring hosts...hmmm...love the store, love the clothes, love the people...I filled it out and turned it in stat.  I did not have to talk myself out of this one.

 Worked on the house for a little while which most certainly included jumping on the bed!

 Sunset with Blaze in the spa.  Belle put up a tiki hut? Veranda? Something like that, with an Arabian theme.  Anyway, I got to hang there with Blaze on the shore. It was a nice night.

New hair from the D!va Lucky Letter Board!  The water, the hair, the new structure, it was all very inspiring. I took a million pix, but this one caught all three.

Finished Elodora Castle!  Do a jig!  Remind me not to build again for a long long time!

So I went from almost 500 prims to 115, made three different colored rooms, and a living room.  Created a living roof, so I can have a garden. :-) I am very pleased. :-) I am not really sure if any of us really saved prims in the end.  We each have our ways of living light on the land.  But it is fun and a good hangout!
