Requests for Intervention & A Move in the Right Direction

Hunting…oh my word…so I spent almost the whole month of July on various hunts and my inventory is so outta control I am afraid of it.  I need help, wish I could hire someone to sort my inventory.  I pinky swear I will not step foot in a store until Sept.  I also think that I am buying things that I bought before, but somewhere else.  Lets say I wanted/needed some Chucks or red pumps, I could not tell you if I bought them already or not, but when I come across a cheap pair I really want to buy them, searches are not useful since they could be named anything…arghhhh!  I need to slow down and not hunt for a while.  I think that Belle and Blaze and feeling the same.  Blaze especially, she has been on two other hunts since I talked to her last as well as high grading three or four others.  Maybe she will take the pinky pledge with me.

Joyfully unpacking the second half of the Midsummer's Hunt.  There are more shroom sitters than I know what to do with.  Putting all the low prim stuff in a folder for the new house though, as soon as I get done I am packing up the house in Bear Valley, I will miss it, good, very good times were had there!

 

Shrooms and more shrooms…the only problem I have with it is the one that Belle would point out if she was here, I can hear her voice, "That's cool and all, I love fungus in all its forms, but they are few and far between during the summertime.  Where are all the flowers?"  Maybe there were more on the Midsummer's Night Hunt last year, this is the sequel??

I know where I am going to put all these goodies.  I went exploring and found a Linden Home in the Fantasy neighborhood that has a as much space on the top, outside as it does on the inside and it looks like the most roomy in general.  They are all kind of small.

 

Finally some flowers!  I have unpacked my boxes and organized the Midsummer's stuff, I cannot face the rest of it yet, I am too anxious to get my new house before RL takes me away for a little while.

 

I am still thinking about going down the Were-path. Did a lot of reading about bloodlines and was bummed that it seems to be to involved for me, I cannot commit to anything that will drain life from me when I am not inworld.  I do not even know if I am in enough to make it worth my suitor to buy the hud for me to be a human.  What would it be like to be a human in the RP?  Do I have to buy cider?  I only found containers for it.  Many q's unanswered.  Maybe she could take me around without mauling me so I can get a feel for it.  The only other thing that bugs me is that the Weres are just scary, none of them are particularly cool or classy like vamps, I know they are not really supposed to be but they could be more refined and beautiful than the avis I saw on the BL website.  I just do not want to be a vamp, they are so overrated, but the Weres are not calling to me, biting is just more appealing than clawing.

A couple of days ago I packed up Bear Valley and got the Oaken Oasis.  Stoked!  It will be a challenge, I really do not want to use any of my old stuff except for the curtains (the best L$10 ever spent) they are solid and easy.

Missing Belle right now (notice a pattern?) cannot get inworld together in RL or SL, diff time zones are challenging us right now, on top of other things. I was missing Blaze until she gave me a call, so we are missing Belle together ;-}.  Blaze wanted to show me some cool stuff she got on The Wild Ones Hunt.  Looking forward to riding bitch on the new motorcycles she picked up (Double ;-}).  She helped me christen my new Oaken Oasis, in which I  have only hung curtains, and it has been a few days, but that gave her room to show me her bikes and other stuff.  I was going to work on it tonight...Oh well there is always tomorrow…it is way more important to hang with this hottie!

Well I finished the first incarnation of the Oasis.  I am very pleased with it.  When I was writing this I realized I forgot the flower bench, maybe too many prims.  Got to watch it since I need to have interiors too.

Guess I will use my old bed for now, could have sworn I got a new one on the hunts, maybe it was not Midsummer's and I have not unpacked it yet.

Needs some rugs to warm up the place, but I had a lot of trouble getting them to lay flat on the grown, it was weird, gues my stump is not flat on the floor??  Will complain about that, but not much else I am loving it so far.  The water feature for the time being is the shower, just thought it would be fun for a change of pace.

 

This blog is proving to be more fun than I thought it would be and I am learning how to post stuff so Blaze does not have to do it all (but I do like her hand at editing, she makes me sound like a writer than I really am) so I will try to continue, but no promises since RL will be getting crazy starting next month. 

(P.s. Yeah it took two weeks to post something I had already had her edit, I can see how this will go, but at least she is on the same schedule I am, we are posting at the same time, approx.)
